OUR STORY
Creating a Community
Our club started out as a few students who realised that they were missing out on having a community and wanted to help others like them. So, we slogged away, and with the help of a few contacts within AUT and across the industry, the AUT Human Resources & Employment Relations Club was born.
HERC exists to champion HR & ER students as they further the profession, and to help all our students make their transition into the world of work with brilliance and integrity. We thrive on bringing together students and HR & ER professionals, so that they can share their knowledge and make amazing things happen.
